The Junior League of Tampa (JLT) was founded to make a difference in the community through collective action. We’re committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Did you know that one in three American families experience diaper need? Diapers are a linchpin in the cycle of poverty. Without them, caregivers cannot work or go to school and children cannot attend daycare or early childhood development programs.

The Junior League of Tampa’s Diaper Bank was envisioned and brought to life by a JLT Member after she learned about the Diaper Need in our community. It has quickly become one of our signature projects and a highly desirable volunteer shift amongst our Members.

We want to bring a small taste of this project to you, our Potential New Members, and share a little bit of what it means to be a volunteer in The Junior League of Tampa!
