We believe women and girls can make lasting differences in their communities.
Beyond investing in our members’ development, we also seek to empower the next generation of women leaders. The Junior League of Tampa’s Girl Power! project serves young women between 7-17 years’ old. Volunteers offer mentorship, motivation and encouragement by building meaningful relationships with the program participants.
Our volunteers plan and run monthly workshops for girls. Lessons cover everything from anti-bullying to the power of giving back to career success.
We partner with the Children’s Home Network. The Children’s Home Network “unlocks the potential of at-risk children and families by providing compassionate and effective services that create opportunities for success.”
